Last Wednesday, our young researcher, Gaëlle Foucault, participated in a symposium entitled “The uncertainties of democracy: What are the challenges for human rights?”, organized by the Global Studies Institute at the University of Geneva. Her presentation was entitled “Democracy in Europe and backlash: when the ballot box threatens women's rights.”
